Where do you serve?

How do large dogs work in group walks?
hover to revealEach group has 4 slots. Small dogs (under 25 lbs) = 1 slot. Large dogs (25 lbs+) = 2 slots. Same price per dog — your big girl just takes up more room. Rightfully so.
Solo vs. group — what's the actual difference?
hover to revealSolo = your dog, our full undivided attention. Group = 2–4 dogs (size-dependent), more socialization and energy. Both include photo updates and the same standard of care.
What if my dog is nervous or reactive?
hover to revealSolo walks only — no exceptions. We never push group dynamics on a dog who isn't ready. If something changes over time, we'll tell you first.
Do I get photo updates?
hover to revealEvery. Single. Walk. No exceptions. You'll get a photo mid-walk so you can see she's happy, safe, and living her best life while you're in back-to-back meetings.
How is this different from Rover or Wag?
hover to revealWe're not a marketplace. We're one dedicated team, in your building, on a set schedule. Same walkers. We actually know your dog's name, quirks, and favorite pee spot.
What's your cancellation policy?
hover to revealCancel 12+ hours out: no charge. Cancel same-day: 50% of the service fee. We hold your spot and show up ready — it's only fair.
Are you insured and bonded?
hover to revealYes. Fully insured and bonded. Your pup is in safe, accountable hands. We take that seriously — because she's not just a dog, she's your person.
Can I meet the walker before booking?
hover to revealAlways. We do a quick meet-and-greet before your first booking. We don't walk a dog we haven't met. That's not a policy — it's just the right thing to do.
What's actually in the monthly package?
hover to reveal5 walks/week, same time block, priority booking, and a monthly report card on your dog's behavior and mood. Yes, an actual report card. We're serious like that.

Coco & Co. started with a Cavapoo named Coco Monroe.
I moved to New York carrying more than suitcases. It was a heavy season, the kind you don't always see coming. Coco came into my life right in the middle of it, and she changed the temperature of everything. She gave me something to show up for. A reason to get outside, to laugh, to feel soft again.
She became my family. My safe space. And I'm hers too.
That's where Coco & Co. comes from. Every dog deserves a safe space, especially when their person can't be there.
Life gets busy. Meetings run long, travel happens, the day gets away from you. Whether your dog is okay while you're out working shouldn't be one more thing weighing on you. That's our whole job.
Every dog has a personality, a rhythm, a set of quirks that make them who they are. We pay attention to all of it. We're not here to walk dogs for a paycheck, we're here because we genuinely love them. Your dog will feel the difference, and so will you.
